PRICE INCREASE NOTICE
(4-12-08) Due to prices from our suppliers rising on almost a weekly and sometimes daily basis, we are forced to increase our pricing effective 6-1-08. Any events booked by 5-31-08 will lock in current pricing.
Because I believe in helping my clients understand the reasoning behind things like this, allow me to share that I've seen eggs increase 78% in 6 months, chicken has increased 37%, my flour increased 35% in just 3 weeks, and other items have increased in the 30-40% range.
Therefore we expect to have to implement a 20% price increase effective 6-1-08. We encourage anyone who is ready to book catering/cakes for their event to book prior to that date to lock in current pricing.

SPECIAL NOTICE!!!!!!!
(8-1-07) The gas pricing has affected not only our personal gas usage, but the cost of shipping for our supplies and ingredients.
We are seeing price increases hit sooner and higher than normal.
According to the July 20th (2007) Indianapolis Star, an article cites higher transporation costs leading to
greater demand for ethanol's main ingredient - corn.
"From corn syrup sweeteners to feed for the chickens who lay your eggs, corn prices affect every aisle in the grocery store...."
It also states the price of eggs is projected to increase 20%.
Our New Pricing will go into effect September 1, 2007, and is subject to change without notice.
