How to Determine the Number of Servings in a Cake: Number
of servings (i.e.”per person”) per cake is determined by the Wilton Wedding Cake Chart, which can be viewed at http://www.wilton.com/wedding/wedding-cakes/wedding-cake-data.cfm . The couple should determine if they want “slightly more” or “slightly fewer”
servings, based on the yields indicated on this chart. We will work with you for the most cost effective cake design.
Please be aware that many cream cheese icings and/or fillings have a very short time span
